Science Of Meditation Explained.(SOME)

Meditation is an ancient science that dates back well over twenty

thousand years. It is a science that saved my life literally over the

past 47 years of daily meditating. It began in 1974 when I was suffering

from a serious illness and was only given three months to live. When

I began recovering from this illness, meditation came to my rescue and

began a daily process that began building me up from the outside in.

I have lost all confidence in myself, and had zero self worth, I felt like

a defect looking for a character. I have been meditating daily since 1974

and in that time remarkable changes have occurred within me, I have

found an inner wholeness and inner unity rather than the fragmented

wreck I was 47 years ago. the method I use has not changed at all since

I started, which is just to pay close attention to your breath, just observe

the breath in and out, let go and ignore all thoughts, and in time if you

persist they will all stop. When all thoughts stops then real meditation

begins, here you begin to enter into the silence within, this inner silence

is the doorway that leads to an expansion of consciousness and awareness

which in turn tunes you into your intuition faculty. Your intuition is that

still small voice within you, that will whisper words of reassurance and

confirm to you beyond a shadow of doubt that you are on the right track.

Meditation is also the science of inner unity and the inner silence that

will open the door to the ancient wisdom of the universe.

I have also experienced many out of the body experiences while

meditating, and being transported to various places around this

universe, once I was pulled out of my body while sat meditating

and was transported to the planet Mars in a blink of an eye, and

saw a man sat on a rock meditating with his back to me, but as I

tried to move closer to him to see who he was, I was pulled back

to Earth in a blink of an eye and landed back into my body and

let out a great gasp of breath, and was shaking for a while,

exciting but also a bit strange shall we say.
