Self enquiry (who am “I?”) Leads directly to self realization by removing the
obstacles which make you think that the SELF is not already realized.
Meditation requires an object to meditate on, whereas in self enquiry there
is only the subject and no object, this is the difference between meditation
and the direct approach of self enquiry, who am I?
There is no such a thing as self realization . the very idea is absurd if you
think it through. The SELF is Absolute Eternal ubiquitous, the Self is eternally
its SELF, always PURE AWARENESS, IT never BECOMES ANYTHING EVER, it
just “IS” What we do in self enquiry, asking the question who am I? Is just to
remove all the obstacles from us, and all these obstacles are IGNORANCE.
When we remove all the ignorance from ourselves, we then melt or rather
dissolve into what we have always been, which is the Absolute eternal
SELF. The word TIME spelt out in this blog today means this, THE-INFINITE
-MOMENT-EVERYWHERE= T I M E . means that as we venture within our
selves with self enquiry , we soon begin to realise that time and space are
both illusions, all that really ever exists within this relative universe is
the eternal ever present NOW, and that of Pure Awareness. Even motion
in the last analysis does not exist, it just “appears”” to exist because of our
great depths of ignorance.

I am not sure why,but reading this blog warms my heart. It is as though there is a connection with my inner self within my heart that recognises these words, despite my mind’s ignorance.

I understand what you are saying here Rachel you are tuning into your intuitive self which instinctively knows this truth, whereas the lower mind has no idea or even a grasp of this inner truth.
